What is a Dupe?

A Dupe is your personal AI advisor — domain-specific, deeply personalised, and built to grow with you over time. Unlike general AI assistants, each Dupe combines real expertise in its field with a genuine understanding of who you are, what you want, and how you think.

How is Duply different from ChatGPT or other AI?

Most AI starts fresh every conversation. Duply doesn't. Your Dupe remembers what you've shared, builds on past conversations, and develops a real picture of your goals and preferences over time. It's the difference between talking to a search engine and talking to someone who actually knows you.

Which platforms can I use Duply on?

Duply works where you already are — LINE, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, and more. No new app to download. Just start talking to your Dupe on the platform you already use every day.

Is my data safe?

Your conversations are stored to enable memory and personalisation — that's what makes your Dupe useful. We don't sell your data. Ever. You can request deletion at any time by contacting privacy@duply.org.

How do I get early access to Thay?

Thay is currently in early access. Visit the Thay page and follow the instructions to get started. Availability may be limited during this phase.

When will other Dupes be available?

Tawan, Grace, Pei Qi, Khun, and TJ are all coming. We're building each one carefully — expertise first, personalisation always. Sign up for updates and you'll be the first to know.

Can I build my own Dupe on Duply?

That's exactly where we're headed. Duply's long-term vision is a marketplace where coaches, analysts, educators, and experts of all kinds can build and deploy their own Dupe on our infrastructure. If you're interested in becoming a partner, reach out at partner@duply.org.

How much does Duply cost?

Pricing varies by Dupe and will be announced when each one launches. During early access, Duply is completely free — no credit card required.

What languages does Duply support?

Duply launched in Thai and currently works best in Thai. Support for English, Chinese, and other languages is on the roadmap and coming soon.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period. After cancellation, your data is stored for 90 days — so if you come back within that window, your Dupe will remember you. After 90 days, your data is permanently deleted and your Dupe will start fresh.
